Saturday & Sunday – February 6–7, 2027

Bring your bluegrass band or grab your best jamming buddiesand compete for cash, bragging rights, and an opportunity for a featured performance at the next ABA Bluegrass Roundup!  

1st Place:$600PLUS an option to perform at the 2028 ABA Bluegrass Roundup
2nd Place:$300
3rd Place:$100

Contest Rules

• One Fast song 

• One Slow song 

• One Instrumental 

• Three Person Minimum

• Six persons Maximum

• Acoustic instruments only (exception of the bass)

• Bluegrass Style Songs

• Single Mic Presentation

• All performers must have a valid festival wrist band for the day(s) they perform.

• Limited to the first 10 bands to register!

• The judges' decisions are final.

• Registration Fee: $25 per band

Preliminary Round

• Saturday, February 6, 2027 

• Band order drawing:9:00 AM at the ABA Booth 

• Performances begin at 10:00 AM 

Final Round

• Sunday morning, February 7, 2027, 10 am.
