- Assist with setting up room with supplies in the morning and cleaning up in evening.
- Be present in the green room during your shift
- Make sure only band members are in the green room
- Make sure there is water, cold water and snacks for the bands
- Keep area clean and organized
- Assist bands with any needs that may come up
- Other duties as requested
