The Arizona Bluegrass Association is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving Bluegrass and traditional music styles through education, festivals, concerts, workshops and other events.
The Arizona Bluegrass Beacon is a monthly publication that goes out to all our active members and gets shared with other associations around the Southwest and the nation. The Arizona Bluegrass Association Facebook Group has one of the largest group of members in the region. Many of the members are snowbirds and travel from northern states and Canada.
The ABA Bluegrass Roundup is a new festival started in 2023 in partnership with Five20 Events. In our first annual event we drew approximately 3000 people to the 3-day event. Bands from around the region are featured. Dry camping is available. On Saturday evening is a hot air balloon glow that is a very popular part of the event . The festival is held at the spacious Charles Whitlow Arena in Florence Arizona.
Bluegrass enthusiasts are both young and old. They are outdoor enthusiasts by nature and consist of families and singles, young and old. Usually, Musical interests crossover to many other types of music including folk, blues, country, rock, swing and jazz. A large percentage own RV's and travel around the country going to festivals. Many are snowbirds from the northern states and Canada. There will be about 400 RV's and tent campers who will attend the event.
We are offering 40 free tickets to Disabled American Veterans with assistance of the American Legion and VFW.
Register for Sponsorship
This year we are offering 5 five predefined sponsorship levels. All sponsorships are provided a space at the ABA booth for brochures and business cards. They also receive a number of event tickets and announcements from the stage for the sponsors, including their name and information on products and services, throughout the event. We will mention your company on our Facebook Group, newsletter, and website with links to your website. Sponsors are responsible for providing brochures, or other items they wish to display. Sponsor items will be returned to the sponsors after the event.
The top two Sponsorship levels, Title and Bill Monroe, will also have banners provided by the ABA Roundup Festival partnership to be displayed on stage.
