According to Wikipedia, bluegrass is a form of American Roots music and is a sub-category of country music. Bluegrass traditionally contains only acoustic string instruments and vocal components. The most common stringed instruments include the banjo, guitar, mandolin, upright bass, resonator guitar, fiddle, dulcimer and autoharp. The best way to describe it is to hear it.
